I had no car insurance.....?

What would have been a great insurance for a 19 year old new driver?
"My father owns it but hes giving me it that I wish something cheap and officially he wants insurance to be paid by me"Selecting using this medical insurance Aetna"Its really needs to get on my nervse that no  insurance   that is inexpensive can be found by me anywhere! Why do  insurance  providers in the united kingdom desire to produce life so difficult for youthful motorists? Yep stasticaly our cars freeze. But should the little majority of small drivers like my-self have to pay the price and dwell with this particular belief by spending SILLY levels of income
